How do I cancel my Stelo order?

Guest purchases: Orders placed through guest checkout cannot be cancelled.
One-time purchases: If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 60 minutes of placing the order by logging in to your account through Stelo.com, navigate to the orders tab from the main account dashboard and cancelling from within the order history section.
If you do not see an option to cancel your order, the cancellation window has ended.
Subscription purchases: As a subscription customer you are unable to cancel your first order. Once your order ships you have the option to cancel or update any future subscription orders. Cancellation will only stop future shipments, but any shipments in progress will still be sent.
