How do I cancel my Stelo subscription?

As a subscription customer you are unable to cancel your first order. Once your order ships you have the option to cancel or update any future subscription orders. Cancellation will only stop future shipments, but any shipments in progress will still be sent.
Stelo subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the subscriptions tab in your Stelo account. Subscription shipment dates can be modified or skipped altogether for a schedule that works best for you. Cancelling will result in no future shipments being sent and no payments taken from your account. After cancelling, you can create a new subscription at any time.
