How do I receive reimbursement for Stelo purchases from my FSA/ HSA provider?
Check with your plan administrator to ensure your purchase meets their requirements. Each provider may require additional documentation for reimbursement. you will need to submit your invoice for reimbursement. Follow the following steps to locate your Stelo order invoice or order confirmation to submit a claim for reimbursement with your FSA or HSA provider.
- As a Stelo account user, you can download your invoice by logging into your account and navigating to your order history, select order you wish to receive an invoice for and download the document.
- If you’ve purchased Stelo through guest checkout, you may have received an email confirmation (subject line: Your Stelo order # is confirmed) that can be submitted to your provider when you file your claim. If you cannot find your email confirmation, please start a conversation with SteloBot.
