What is Stelo's replacement policy?
Dexcom Stelo customers may be eligible to receive a sensor replacement for certain product failures, upon validation and confirmation. To expedite the replacement request process, please provide complete details of your issue. Stelo sensor serial number will be required for processing replacements. Product issues can be reported by logging into your account on Stelo.com and using the virtual assistant bot (SteloBot). Not all cases warrant a sensor replacement, and some requests may not qualify for a replacement.
