Why is my mobile app frozen?

If your Stelo app isn’t responding, you may need to close and restart the app.
On iOS
iPhone X and older
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
  • Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
  • Tap the app icon to restart.
iPhone 8 or earlier
  • Double-tap the Home button.
  • Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
  • Tap the app icon to restart.
On Android
  • Close and restart the app.
