Why can’t I press the applicator button when inserting Stelo?
Press the applicator more firmly against your skin before pushing the button. You can’t press the applicator button until you push the applicator so firmly against your skin that the clear safety guard pushes in. Then the button activates, and you can press it to insert the biosensor.
