How do I update my email address or phone number associated with my Stelo account?
You can update your email address or phone number on your Stelo profile page by following these simple steps:
- Go to Stelo.com and log in with your credentials
- Navigate to your account Dashboard
- Click on Profile
To change your email address
- Navigate to Login info
- Click Edit
- Enter new Email address
- Verify email address: We’ll email you a code to verify your identity. This safety measure helps protect your personal information.
- Enter the verification code from the email and click Confirm. If you created your Stelo account with an email address, the updated email address is now your new user ID.
To change your phone number
- Navigate to Login info
- Click Edit
- Enter new Phone number
- Verify phone number: If you created your account using your mobile number, you will receive a text verification code to verify your identity. This safety measure helps protect your personal information.
- Enter the verification code from the mobile number and click Confirm. If you created your Stelo account with a mobile number, the updated mobile number is now your new user ID.
