Why is my display device still “Searching for sensor” and not pairing?
Pairing usually takes less than 5 minutes. If it takes longer, use these troubleshooting tips:
- Keep phone close: Always keep smartphone within 20 feet of biosensor.
- Insert biosensor to pair: Make sure your biosensor is inserted. If it isn't, insert your biosensor now.
- Check pairing code: Check that the pairing code you entered is the pairing code on the applicator. If it isn't, edit your pairing code.
- Move away from others wearing biosensors: To reduce potential interference, stay more than 20 feet from other biosensors until pairing is complete. For pairing, you may have to go to a different area to get far enough away from other people wearing biosensors.
- Check display device: Biosensor can be paired with only one smartphone.
- Keep app open: Don't close the app by swiping it off during pairing.
