What does Brief Sensor Issue mean?
If at any time during a biosensor session your Stelo system detects that the biosensor can no longer determine your glucose reading, you will see:

Solution
Your biosensor has a temporary issue. This issue often happens during the first day of a biosensor session, but it can happen anytime. It usually fixes itself within 3 hours.
Check your biosensor. Tap Help in the app for more information on troubleshooting.
If Brief Sensor Issue continues for more than 3 hours, log in to your Stelo account and submit your product support request through SteloBot.
Brief Sensor Issue may lead to a Session Ended Early error.
