How do I create a Stelo account?

If you have an existing account with Dexcom, you don’t need to create a new account for Stelo. Please use your existing Dexcom account credentials to log into the Stelo app or on Stelo.com.
If you wish to create a new account, you can do so with your mobile number or email address.
Creating an account using a mobile number:
Once you create an account with a mobile number, that will become your Stelo user ID. You will use your mobile number to log in to all Stelo and Dexcom apps and services.
  1. To create an account from the browser, go to Stelo.com and click on the account icon or login option
  2. Select Sign up and follow the prompts
  3. Select Mobile number
  4. Enter your Mobile number
  5. To accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, check the box
  6. Select Send code. We’ll text you a code to verify your identity. This safety measure helps protect your personal information. After you enter the code, tap Confirm, then follow the on-screen instructions for setting up your account.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive a code
  1. Confirm that your mobile number is correct
  2. Select Resend code. Note: It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the code
I entered my mobile number incorrectly
  1. Select Edit phone number
  2. Re-enter your mobile number
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to continue
