I forgot my account password, how do I retrieve it?

From your Stelo app or at account.stelo.com click Need help logging in?
Choose Forgot password
To reset your password, choose Email or Mobile Phone. If you created your account with your Email, choose Email. If you created your account with your mobile number, choose Mobile Phone.
You will receive an email or text verification code to verify your identity. This safety measure helps protect your personal information. Enter verification code and hit confirm.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive a code
  1. Confirm that your Mobile number is correct
  2. Select Resend code. Note: It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the code
I entered my mobile number incorrectly
  1. Select Edit phone number
  2. Re-enter your mobile number
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to continue
Enter your Last / surname and Date of Birth
Enter and confirm new password.
Login with username and new password
