What does Sensor Failed mean?
You'll see Sensor Failed if you try to start a new biosensor session with a biosensor that you've used before that has failed or expired.
Solution
You won't get readings until you start a new biosensor.
1. Remove biosensor now.
- Tip: Peel off patch from edge.
2. Insert and pair new biosensor.
3. Review Step 1 in the Insertion Instructions chapter of your User Guide or view our how-to video.
