Can I use my Stelo while traveling internationally?

To use Stelo, your primary residence must be in the US, and your Stelo app and account must be created within the US. Once you’re set up, you can use your Stelo during international travels.

Yes, you can use Stelo if you're not on insulin and you’re not at risk of hypoglycemia.

Can I wear my Stelo biosensor through airport security or while flying?

Yes, you can wear your Stelo Glucose Biosensor while flying or going through airport TSA, metal detectors, and Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) body scanners.

Where can I find my Stelo biosensor serial number?

When inserting your biosensor, be sure to take a picture of the serial number located on the side of your Stelo applicator or the (1-pk) product box.
