We offer a variety of payment options for purchasing Stelo biosensor, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FSA/HSA cards.
How do I update my payment method and shipping address?
To update your Stelo account payment method and shipping address log in and navigate to the payments or addresses tab from the main account dashboard view.
How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Log in to your Stelo account, navigate to the orders tab from the main dashboard, then select the order you wish to receive an invoice for and download invoice.

Is Stelo available for bulk / wholesale purchase by healthcare providers?
Healthcare providers can place bulk / wholesale order requests
What is Stelo's replacement policy?
Dexcom Stelo customers may be eligible to receive a sensor replacement for certain product failures, upon validation and confirmation
Can I purchase a Stelo Glucose Biosensor for someone else?
Yes, you can buy a Stelo biosensor for someone else, just make sure the recipient uses their information for their Stelo account during Stelo mobile app set-up.
What is Stelo's return and warranty policy?
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Learn more about the return and warranty policy provided by Stelo.
FSA/HSA
Can I buy the Stelo Glucose Biosensor with my FSA/HSA Funds?
Stelo is a glucose biosensor to manage your glucose and lower your A1C and is therefore a qualified medical expense. Check to see eligibility for FSA/HSA.
How do I know what my FSA or HSA card balance is?
You will need to contact your benefits administrator to see what the current balance on your FSA or HSA card is.
What should I do if my FSA or HSA card is declined?
If your FSA or HSA card is declined at check out when purchasing Stelo, contact your employer or plan administrator for the account.
How do I reimburse my Stelo purchase with FSA or HSA funds?
If you want to reimburse your Stelo purchase using FSA or HSA funds, check with your plan administrator to ensure your purchase meets their requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
How do I cancel my Stelo order?
If you need to cancel your Stelo order, you can do so within 60 minutes of placing the order by logging in to your account through Stelo.com and navigating to the orders tab.

Where is my Stelo order?
You can track the status of your Stelo order by entering your email address and order number on the Order Lookup page, or by logging into your account.
Where does Stelo glucose biosensor ship to?
At this time, Stelo glucose biosensor is only available in the United States. Stelo ships to all 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories. Learn more.
Subscription
Can I set up a monthly Stelo subscription if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?
Recurring monthly subscription plans are not available for residents of Alaska or Hawaii at this time, but residents can select a single shipping option for one-time purchase.
How do I cancel my Stelo biosensor subscription?
Stelo glucose biosensor subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Subscriptions tab in your Stelo account. Learn more.
Tax
How is sales tax calculated for online purchases?
Sales tax is determined by the taxability of the product purchased and the tax rate of the jurisdiction to where the product will be shipped.
What happens with the sales tax collected?
The entire amount charged to a customer for sales tax is remitted to the appropriate jurisdiction and no amounts are retained.
What is the difference between sales tax and use tax?
Sales tax applies to all retail sales of merchandise in the state. Use tax is tax imposed on consumers of merchandise that is used, consumed, or stored in this state.
What's the orders placed process where exemption wasn’t applied?
You will receive a refund for tax that should have been exempted.
